How we got started
I had just started my nutrition practice working with women on fertility, menstrual cycle disorders, and hormone imbalances when I heard about yoni steaming for the first time. I wanted to have as many tools in my box as possible to fully support my clients in whatever way they needed.
I love that Yoni Steaming is such a simple activity that anybody can do at home. It takes 10 to 30 minutes at most, you don’t need any special equipment to get started, and you can see pretty dramatic changes in your cycle right off the bat.
My clients were all very intrigued when I recommended steaming to help with their cycles and fertility. But they all had a hard time finding safe, affordable steaming supplies to begin their practices.
A few months later, Sunshine Yoni Steam Supply was born!
